I used RestorFX here in Las Vegas to correct substantial oxidation on the hood and roof of my 1999 Toyota Tacoma. Because the oxidation was already pretty severe, they told me upfront that the paint color would not be an exact match after the process. However, the parts of my truck that did not have oxidation look perfect (like it's 1999 all over again), and the parts that previously had oxidation are entirely smooth and shiny. I can finally look at my truck again without wincing. I just wish I had used them earlier when I first saw signs of clear coat failure. I would highly recommend checking them out and seeing what they can do for your vehicle.

I had a scenario where my 2003 Chevy Duramax Diesel truck was peeling in a few spots, losing the clear coat and starting to get paint damage. I took a chance at this rehab and added the ceramic coat to top it off, in hopes of delaying a new paint job for years to come. Time will tell how well this holds up, but for today I am thrilled with how my truck looks. It glows, looks new to the naked eye and I am very happy with my decision. They took the time needed to get it right, as they understood how much I love my old truck. I already have friends considering this option after seeing the pics I have shown them. Expectations were set prior to agreeing to the job, and they made sure I knew that some imperfections like scratches too deep, of some discoloration in the damaged spots will still be there, and I accepted the expectations. My truck went from glaring imperfections to barely noticeable, and as a whole my truck looks magnificent. I am super happy! UPDATE: I was happy, but one year in the roof I had redone looked like the worst back sunburn peel ever. I had to have the roof painted. Also in my case they messed up since my paint was already peeling and had to repaint the door and fender. It was and is a horrible paint job. They did do the right thing by painting it, but the bad paint job is noticeable. Overall I spent over a thousand dollars for the roof fender and door, then had to pay nearly $700 to have the roof painted a year later. I could have had all three painted from the start for less then I spent for a rehab that lasted about a year. Their is no real value proposition when their clear coat peels off in a year-just get the panels repainted-waste of money for sure! I hope my bad decision and experienced review saves someone else the frustration of wasted money and time!

Dropped of my Corvette today (02-16-21) to restore the paint and get new clear coats. The employees and owner are friendly and easy to talk to, so far it has been a great experience. I will update with before and after pictures in a couple of days.
