We are proud to announce our sponsorship of two individuals participating in the greatest motoring adventure on the planet – The Mongol Rally!
Team RestorFX will consist of Freddie & Allie, a pair of mile-mapping global nomads who have spent years on the road seeking out far-flung adventures. They will attempt driving an ill-equipped, tin can of a car from England to Ulan Ude in Siberia to raise awareness and money for United World Schools, a non-profit organization that builds schools and communal facilities where there currently aren’t any in rural Nepal, Myanmar & Cambodia.
The 20,000 km wild ride will take them through mountains, desserts, the Mongolian Steppe, thru more than 2 dozen border crossings, over thousands of potholes, passing through a colorful array of intriguing cultures and wildlife. Overcoming many breakdowns and predicaments, hazards and cultural differences, entry visa negotiations and smooth talking border officials.
They will be making pit stops at our local licensees along their route where we will be hosting exciting fundraising events to help them in their efforts. Be sure to check the pit stop schedule to see if they will be making an appearance near you!
